What you need to know about working with me:
I like to work with passionate people. Clergy, educators, creatives, lawyers (yes, even lawyers), non-profit leaders, students, aspiring everythings, stay at home parents, caregivers, medical professionals. You know…you compassionate people who make the world go round.
I don’t believe in canned answers. Only you know what it’s like to live your life, in your circumstances. I can’t tell you what to do. You can expect me to listen well, to ask good questions, and to help you shape your answers into realistic practices.
I’m not naturally organized. I’ve had to learn how to get myself to actually Do The Things. I still find it easier to default back to Safe Mode. But I’ve learned how to lovingly guide myself back into action, even when I’m not especially motivated. I’ll help you figure out healthy ways to motivate and organize yourself.
I’m dedicated to non-violent practice. This means that I’m actively working on dismantling my own prejudices, examining my own participation in structures of oppression and working to do better. This means I will show up to our conversations as an empathetic presence who believes you can be an agent of change in your life and relationships.
Wonder is my favorite teacher. Cultivating curiosity is a superpower. I’ll help you develop yours.
We never stop becoming, so let’s be intentional about it.
