We never stop becoming, so let’s be intentional about it.
I love to work with individuals and groups to identify core values and then to figure out how to bring those values into meaningful practice.
As a Facilitator with the Center for Courage and Renewal, I offer individual, small, and large-group opportunities for non-violent exploration of values, alignment of soul and role, and discernment. I also hold a Certificate of Eco Ministry from the Center for Wild Spirituality, where I deepened my capacity to look to the natural world as a guide for inner work.
I am working toward completion of my Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, which equips me to create safe space for small groups and individuals to engage questions of vocation, identity, and values.
